What Did I Do To Get This Luxury Listing Sold? It is a common misconception that luxury homes sell themselves. But with a much smaller buyers audience, there is quite a bit of work that goes into selling your home - And it looks like this:
First I do a prelisting walk through. This is where we establish style. In some listings that I have worked with in the past, we have had to do minor decluttering, cleanup, and sometimes a sellers best friend is a fresh coat of paint.
We discuss the market we are in NOW- Not a month, not a year ago, TODAY. The sale of a home is contingent on an appraisal, meaning only the most recent homes sold, will be used to compare to your own sales price.
Completing due diligence upfront. Any info on the home, well or septic is useful to provide to buyers upfront, and can also be used for potential negotiation leverage.
Capturing High Quality Visuals- Quality photos and digital tours are the foundation of a successful listing. With more out of area buyers, these visuals will provide the best first impression.
Constant Communication - You will be provided weekly updates and feedback so you are never questioning where we are in the selling process.
My goal to all of my sellers is to make the process of selling and relocating as seamless and stress free as possible. Are you curious what your home is worth? Let's connect for a Free Market Analysis.
